Dimensions of Autumn
Description:
Camera settings play such an important roll in capturing incredible imagery. The human eye is so much more powerful than a camera, however within certain scenarios, you can utilize a camera to create incredible scenes not visible to the naked eye.
Here, soft light strikes the west facing Aspen trunks within late twilight near Hahns Peak. With a camera on a tripod, I can utilize a slow exposure and a tilt motion to blur the trunks of the Aspens while moving the camera. Within this technique, I can showcase an entirely different dimension, creating a surreal mood within the imagery. You can feel the darkness approaching, you can smell the foliage and winter approaching, you can feel the crisp autumn air.
As a photographer and artist, it’s not necessarily about capturing the moment for how it appears, but more so how it feels.
Limited Edition Size: 100 pieces
Limited edition pieces are assigned a fixed edition number that doesn't change, the first number being the unique print number, and the second being the edition number itself. The first piece printed is assigned no. 1, and consecutively numbered until the last piece in the edition is sold (regardless of print size or artwork style). The smaller the edition, the more collectible the work is. The pieces will never be printed again upon edition completion.
